Terms of Service

The service

Ghostpan is a privately operated Ghost/Blatant client for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge, with a member portal and cloud configs. The operator is based in the United Kingdom and can be contacted at csgosexymanlol@gmail.com.

These terms apply when you create or use a Ghostpan account and access its services. The Privacy Policy explains personal information processing separately.

Invitations and accounts

An owner-issued invitation and an approved account are required. Invitation codes may have limited uses and an expiry. A copy of the client does not itself grant account access.

Keep your password, session files and private invitation codes secure. Use your own account and do not distribute access or private builds without the operator’s permission. Contact the operator if you think an account or session has been compromised.

Use of the client

Use Ghostpan lawfully and in accordance with the rules and permissions of the Minecraft servers you join. Server operators control access to their servers and may restrict modified clients.

Do not use the website or account service to access another person’s account or configs without permission, distribute malicious files, disrupt the service or bypass its account access controls.

Module behaviour, compatibility and availability can change between builds. The service makes no promise that a server will accept a module or client connection.

Cloud configs

You retain rights to the configs you upload. You give the operator permission to store, process, back up and deliver them solely to operate the config service and handle necessary support or security work.

Upload only files you are entitled to use. Do not include passwords, tokens, malware or unrelated personal information. Config limits are shown in the member portal. Uploading a config under an existing name can replace it.

You can download and delete profiles from the portal. Account erasure requests can be sent to the contact above. The retention section explains active data, audit records and backups.

Availability and account access

The operator may update the client, change features, perform maintenance, or suspend access for a security issue, account sharing or misuse of the service. An invitation does not guarantee permanent access or uninterrupted operation.

If access is restricted, contact the operator to ask for a review or assistance retrieving your information. Privacy rights and requests remain available even when an account is no longer approved.

Ownership and third-party software

Ghostpan’s original branding, website content and original software remain subject to the operator’s copyright and any licence supplied with a build. Do not resell or redistribute private material without permission.

Third-party software and assets retain their own licences. Share Tech and Share Tech Mono are provided under the SIL Open Font License. Third-party notices supplied with the client govern their respective components.

Minecraft and its associated names and assets belong to their respective rights holders. Ghostpan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

Legal rights and disputes

The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every server. Any limitation is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer or data protection rights.

Applicable UK law governs the operator’s provision of the service, subject to mandatory protections available where you live. A dispute can be brought before a court that has jurisdiction. Contact the operator first if you want help resolving a service problem.

Changes and contact
